Bojangles class action

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A federal court in North Carolina gave partial summary judgment to Bojangles Restaurants, sued in a class action by shift managers who say they were forced to work unpaid hours. A class member who alleges he was fired and discriminated against for being gay and femme has adequately alleged a disparate discipline claim, but most of his sexuality discrimination claims did not convince the court.
