Bogus!

The FTC sued Career Education Corp., American Intercontinental University, AIU Online, Marlin Acquisition Corp., Colorado Technical University, and Colorado Tech. Inc. in federal court, claiming they pose as military recruiters to deceive potential students into divulging their contact information, and then contact people with telemarketing calls even if they are on the do not call registry.

CHICAGO — The FTC brought a federal complaint against Career Education Corp., American Intercontinental University, AIU Online, Marlin Acquisition Corp., Colorado Technical University and Colorado Tech Inc., claiming they pose as military recruiters to deceive potential students into divulging their contact information, and then contact people with telemarketing calls even if they are on the do-not-call registry.
