Boeing Wins One

In some good news for beleaguered aeronautical giant Boeing, the Ninth Circuit agreed Friday that Boeing can’t be held liable for the death of a U.S. Marine who was killed in an Osprey Mayhem 11 crash since the U.S. government was heavily involved with and approved the aircraft’s design.
