Boeing subpoenas survive motion

CHICAGO — Two former Boeing employees were unable to quash subpoenas for their depositions in an ongoing securities fraud class action against the airplane manufacturer. The employees are a pilot and engineer, so they likely have relevant knowledge concerning the safety of 737 MAX aircraft that would be relevant to the lawsuit’s claims that executives misled investors about the aircraft’s safety.
