BOSTON — The Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court ruled that the use of a body-camera worn inside a home when police were responding to a call about a domestic disturbance did not amount to a constitutional violation, but a later, warrantless review of that footage — which led to a man’s convictions for unlawful possession of a firearm and ammunition — was unconstitutional.
