Blue Cross Lays Traps, Class Action Claims

LOS ANGELES (CN) - Blue Cross of California deliberately "leaves large gaps in the information regarding the applicant's prior medical history" and even refuses to accept some information so it can "find some basis for rescinding the coverage and avoiding the claims" of policyholders, a class-action complaint claims in Superior Court. Plaintiffs also sue Wellpoint.
