BLM Masks

A federal court in Pennsylvania ruled the Allegheny County Port Authority violated its workers’ rights by prohibiting them from wearing “Black Lives Matter” masks out of a fear that it would cause “disruption.” The court wrote that a “speculative fear that otherwise innocuous speech could induce others to engage in counter-speech,” does not justify government censorship.
