BLM masks

PHILADELPHIA (CN) — The Third Circuit agrees with a Pennsylvania court that ruled a port authority may not keep employees from wearing Black Lives Matter masks at work; the policy was unconstitutionally restrictive of the workers’ First Amendment rights.
