BLM Masks

A federal court in Pennsylvania refused to stay a preliminary injunction that prohibits the Port Authority of Allegheny County from enforcing its policy that bans employees from wearing “Black Lives Matter” face masks, finding that its decision to block a policy that prevents employees from “engaging in passive and peaceful expression” is “well-supported” by the First Amendment.
