LUBBOCK, Texas – A Texas woman claims One Stop Contact Lenses sold her a pair of contact lenses from its booth at a flea market that caused a bacterial infection resulting in ulcers, scar tissue and blindness.

The plaintiff is Liza Garcia. The defendants are Orion Visiongroup Inc. dba Marietta Vision dba Marietta Optometry; Clearlab US Inc. fka Softlens Technology Inc.; Precision Optical Products LLC; Clearlab SG PTE Ltd.; Mi Gwang Contact Lens Co. Ltd.; Innova Vision Inc.; Luis Ramirez dba One Stop Contact Lenses; Lee Sims dba National Flea Market of Lubbock; and Westland Corporation.
