Blind Trombonist

Eryk Radical, a blind trombonist and music student at Georgia State University, sued the Atlanta Police Department and Fulton County Sheriff’s Office in federal court, claiming they illegally harassed, arrested and imprisoned him for playing his trombone in public, which is “explicitly allowed … under local municipal and county codes.”
