Blatant Bulldozing|Alleged in State Park

SAN DIEGO (CN) - Despite warning signs, Montesoro Golf & Social Club bulldozed 1.8 miles of Anza Borrego State Park for an all-terrain vehicle track, the State of California says in Superior Court. The state says the defendants simply blew off warning signs to bulldoze property for Montesoro's "master planned community of single-family homes, two golf courses and a 100-room boutique hotel."

Here are the defendants: Montesoro Golf & Social Club; GH Capital Inc.; Coldwater Management LLC; Lundstrom & Associates; Integrity Gold Course Construction; Greg Perlman; Robert Kriensky; Mike Cusick; Steve Gregory; David Itzikman; Robert Slocum; and Jarrett Frederick.
