Blago Achieves Another|Sort of Immortality

CHICAGO (CN) - The federal courthouse cafeteria here has given former Gov. Rod Blagojevich a new sort of immortality during his corruption trial. A new menu item offered a sandwich special last week: "The Innocent, aka Blago." The sandwich includes turkey, Swiss cheese, pesto mayonnaise, avocado and spinach.

Blagojevich has pleaded not guilty to federal charges that he tried to sell the U.S. Senate seat vacated by President Barack Obama. His trial is under way.

The courthouse cafeteria is the building's only place to eat and is frequented by judges, attorneys and jurors, The Associated Press reported.

The sandwich has not been addressed in court.
