Black Student Says White Teachers Beat Him

GREENBELT, Md. (CN) - Two white instructors at Charles County Public Schools Stethem Educational Center beat a 13-year-old black student so severely he suffered brain injury, the boy and his mother claim in Federal Court. They sued the county, Justin Aglio and Robert Pascarella.

The Stethem center is in Pomfret, Md. Jonathan Savoy and his mother are represented by James Brewster Hopewell of Riverdale, Md.
