Black Secret Service Agents Sue Chertoff

WASHINGTON (CN) - Secret Service agent Tony Ball claims Michael Chertoff retaliated for Ball's participation in a class-action lawsuit filed on behalf of black Secret Service agents; he demands $300,000 in Federal Court. Ball's wife, Ramona Johnson, also a Secret Service employees, demands as much from Chertoff in a separate case, claiming Chertoff violated policy by not transferring her to Miami along with her husband.
