Black Lives Matter mural

NEW YORK — The Second Circuit affirmed the dismissal of a conservative women’s group’s First Amendment challenge to New York City’s funding of a Black Lives Matter mural in front of Trump Tower, finding the city didn’t discrimination against the group by denying its request to paint its own mural.
