Black Club Owners Claim City| Of Montgomery Discriminates Against Them

MONTGOMERY, ALA. (CN) - In separate federal complaints, owners of two night clubs claim the City of Montgomery closed their clubs for overcrowding because the owners and customers are black. Only clubs with predominantly black customers are targeted for closure - no white club has ever suffered this - the owners claim in Montgomery Federal Court. See the Rose Supper Club's complaint.
