Birthplace of Blues to Hear Emo Song Dispute

HARRISBURG, Pa. (CN) - A little-known band called Tenspoke Indies can sue the platinum-selling pop-punk artists of Paramore for copyright infringement, a federal judge ruled, transferring the case to the Middle District of Tennessee, the state from which Paramore hails.

Tenspoke Indies says Paramore's song "The Only Exception" rips off the rhythm, melody and chord progression of their song, "Starlighter."
