The Second Circuit upheld a ruling in favor of pharmaceutical company Bayer in a class action products liability dispute over the Mirena intrauterine device. The plaintiffs, who claimed the IUD caused them to develop idiopathic intracranial hypertension, failed to present reliable expert opinions.

The plaintiffs, who claimed the IUD caused them to develop idiopathic intracranial hypertension, failed to present reliable expert opinions.
