Bill Cosby & Hugh Hefner Sued Over Assault

LOS ANGELES (CN) — Three months after dropping her federal claims that Bill Cosby drugged and molested her at the Playboy Mansion, model Chloe Goins hit the comedian with a new lawsuit in which she also names Hugh Hefner.

Goins claims that in 2008 when she was just 18, she went to a party at the Playboy Mansion where she was introduced to Hefner and Cosby. After having a drink given to her by Cosby, the model began to fill sick, she says.

Hefner and Cosby suggested that Goins lie down in a bedroom, at which point Cosby escorted her to a private room where she blacked out, according to the complaint filed Monday in Los Angeles County Superior Court.

Goins, who believes that Cosby drugged her drink, says she was unconscious for an unknown amount of time until she woke up due to a sharp pain in one of her toes.

"When she awoke, she looked at her toes and witnessed defendant Cosby with one of her toes in his mouth. Goins also noticed she was naked and that she felt a wet and sticky substance on her breasts as though a person had been licking them," the complaint states.

Cosby removed Goins' toe from his mouth, stood up and pulled his pants up, and then left the room, Goins says.

Goins was "scared, afraid, embarrassed and repulsed at what had just occurred. She immediately gathered her clothes from the floor, dressed and left the residence," the complaint states.

The friend she had accompanied to the party convinced Goins not to tell anyone about the incident, for fear of never again being invited to a large, celebrity-filled party like the one at Hefner's home, the complaint states.

Goins "was young and heeded the advice of the friend to 'deal with it' by not going to the police. However, the passage of time has only caused more damage to plaintiff. Plaintiff only came forward after receiving news of the nearly 40-60 women claiming defendant Cosby had a propensity since the 1960s of drugging young women and taking advantage of them sexually," the complaint states.

The model claims that Hefner is also at fault because he hosted "young and impressionable" women at his home, provided them with alcohol, and introduced them to Cosby.

The 90-year-old playboy "should have known that defendant Cosby over the years had a propensity for intoxicating and drugging young women and taking advantage of them sexually and against their will or while they were unconscious," Goins says in her complaint.

She asserts claims of sexual battery and gender violence against Cosby, and negligent infliction of emotional stress and conspiracy to commit sexual battery against both Cosby and Hefner.

Goins, who is represented by Kevin Kensik, seeks punitive damages.

Cosby, 78, has long denied the many allegations by women who have come forward with sexual assault claims.
