Bill Cosby Facing New Sexual Assault Claims

LOS ANGELES (CN) - A model sued Bill Cosby on Tuesday, adding to the long list of sexual assault allegations against the comedian.

Chloe Goins, 25, sued Cosby in Federal Court claiming Cosby drugged and molested her at the Playboy Mansion in 2008.

"I have chosen to relive the ordeal of this deeply traumatic attack to expose the truth and bring justice for all the victims of sexual assault across the nation," Goins said in a statement.

Goins reportedly filed a police report in January. Her lawsuit seeks compensatory and punitive damages.

More than 40 women have come forward with sexual assault claims dating back to the mid-1960s showing that Cosby has a "habit, pattern, practice and/or modus operandi of drugging and sexually assaulting women without their consent," according to the lawsuit.

In the filing, Goins says she attended an event at the Playboy Mansion where she was introduced to Hugh Hefner and Cosby, who later gave her a drink.

"Ms. Goins began drinking the drink given to her by Bill Cosby and immediately began feeling sick to her stomach and dizzy. It is Ms. Goins' belief that Bill Cosby had put some type of drug or narcotic in her drink without her knowledge," the 22-page lawsuit states.

Goins says she was taken to a room where she blacked out. She woke up naked to find Cosby biting one of her toes, her lawsuit says.

"Goins was scared, afraid, embarrassed and repulsed at what had just occurred. She then collected her clothes from the floor, dressed herself, and immediately left the mansion," the lawsuit states.

Cosby attorney Marty Singer did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Goins is represented by Beverly Hills attorney Tiffany Chung.

Cosby's deposition in the case filed by another accuser, Judy Huth, is scheduled for this Friday. Huth claims that the comedian sexually assaulted her at the Playboy Mansion when she was a teenager.
