Bill Cosby Appeal

Bill Cosby can appeal two issues in his sexual assault case, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled. The court will consider whether allegations of uncharged misconduct with five women were properly allowed during trial and whether it was improper to allow evidence from a civil case against Cosby.

The court will consider whether allegations of uncharged misconduct with five women were properly allowed during trial and whether it was improper to allow evidence from a civil case against Cosby.
