Big Oil Said to Pollute Huntington Beach

SANTA ANA, CALIF. (CN) - Seven oil and chemical companies polluted a Huntington Beach landfill with carcinogens that will get into the water and affect human health, an environmental group says. Consumer Defense Group Action sued Exxon Mobil, Texaco, Shell Oil, Dow Chemical, BP America, Atlantic Richfield, and Southern California Edison in Superior Court.

Plaintiffs are represented by Graham & Martin of Costa Mesa.
