Big Nevada Home Project Goes Bust

RIVERSIDE, Calif. (CN) - Woodside Ceramista City LLC has filed for bankruptcy, listing more than $530 million in debts. The project near Las Vegas was planned as an 11,000-home development on 2,000-acres in seven "villages," to be built by some of the nation's largest home builders.

Creditors include some of the nation's largest banks and insurers, 12 of whom are owed more than $20 million apiece.
