Bias reporting

ALEXANDRIA, Va. — A federal court in Virginia dismissed parents’ suit alleging Loudoun County Public Schools’ bias reporting system discriminates against students based on their race and viewpoint. The system involves a form for reporting incidents of discrimination, which provides information to be discussed with “Student Equity Ambassadors” at middle and high schools and asks whether the reporter wants the incident to be investigated by administrators.
