A union pension fund claims Austin Capital Management lost $186 million in Bernard Madoff's Ponzi scam, in Philadelphia Federal Court.

The Laborers' District Council of Western Pennsylvania Pension Fund says Austin lost $20 million entrusted to it for the pension fund's 14,159 participants and beneficiaries. Here are the defendants in this case: Austin Capital Management Ltd., Austin Capital Management GP Corp., David Friedman, Charles Riley, James Owen, Brent Martin, David Brown, Robert Wagner, Victory Capital Management, and Keycorp.
