Bernard Madoff Spinoffs

The Pacific West Health Medical Center Employees Retirement Trust claims the Fairfield Greenwich Group cost it at least $1 billion in Bernard Madoff's alleged Ponzi scheme, in Manhattan Federal Court.

The White Trust claims Citibank, Mass Mutual and others lost or tied up "tens of millions of dollars" by turning it over to Bernard Madoff. Here are the defendants in Los Angeles Superior Court: H. Catharine Chang, Citibank N.A., Stephen Clayton, Barry Colvin, Suzanne Hammond, Harry Hodges, Darren Johnston, Sandra Manzke, Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Co., Massmutual Holding Co., James V. Mitchell, John V. Murphy, Oppenheimer Acquisition Corp., Michael T. Rollings, Rye Select Broad Market Prime Fund LP, Mark D. Santero, Robert Schulman, Tremont Group Holdings, Tremont Partners, and Kurt Wolfgruber.
