Benghazi

WASHINGTON — The State Department did enough, a federal judge found, to meet a request for phone records or transcripts of calls that Hillary Clinton made during the 24-hour period in which terrorists attacked U.S. facilities and personnel in Benghazi, Libya.     The plaintiffs who brought the action are Veterans for a Strong America and Joel Arends.
