Benghazi Prosecution

WASHINGTON - Despite refusing to dismiss most of an indictment against Libyan militant Ahmed Abu Khatallah, the key suspect in the 2012 attack on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi that killed Ambassador Chris Stevens and three other Americans, a federal judge ordered briefing on two counts alleging malicious destruction of dwellings and property and placing lives in jeopardy within the special maritime and territorial jurisdiction.
