Beirut Bombing Penalty

WASHINGTON - The family members of eight servicemen killed in the 1983 bombing of U.S. Marine Corps barracks in Beirut, Lebanon, which left hundreds killed or wounded, can collect $1.2 billion from Iran and the Ministry of Intelligence and Security, Chief U.S. District Judge Royce Lamberth ruled.
