Beer to-Go

A federal court in Texas ruled in favor of the CANarchy Craft Brewery Collective on its claim that beer produced on leased premises does not count toward the production threshold at which they can no longer sell beer to-go. The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code authorizes to-go beer sales by Texas brewers with a production below 225,000 barrels a year.
