Beer Pricing

An appeals court in California reversed the denial of class certification for convenience stores that sell beer manufactured by Anheuser-Busch and purchased from distributor Donaghy Sales. The proposed class claims defendants violated wholesale beer pricing by providing certain retailers with consumer coupons for discounts off the retail price of beer.
