Beck’s Beer

A federal court in California dismissed a false advertising suit against Anheuser-Busch brought by consumers who purchased Beck’s beer believing it did not contain alcohol. The Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau approved Beck’s label, shielding the defendant from liability.
