SAN DIEGO — Zhala Tawfiq claims in Superior Court that she entered and won Bessmon Kalasho’s Miss Middle East Beauty Pageant USA in 2016, but he never paid her the advertised $2,000 prize, and doctored her head onto Instagram pictures of nude women the day he knew she was leaving on a trip to the Middle East.
