LOS ANGELES — An appeals court in California upheld a ruling in favor of Beats Electronics in a suit alleging it fraudulently deprived Monster and its CEO of their interest in Beats and revenue from its products, which include headphones and speakers. Apple acquired Beats for more than $3 billion in 2014.
