BDO Seidman Exec Pleads Guilty

MANHATTAN (CN) - Adrian Dicker, a former vice chairman of BDO Seidman accountants, pleaded guilty on Tuesday to conspiring with tax shelter promoters to help clients duck $200 million in taxes by fraudulently claiming more than $1 billion in losses, federal prosecutors said. Dicker, 54, of Princeton Junction, N.J., faces up to 10 years in prison for conspiracy and tax evasion.
