BBQs for Cops

Towing companies claim the Cities of Bryan and College Station conspired to give jobs to a towing company that throws "barbecues and other gratuities" to cops, who repay A-1 Towing Service by "circumventing the rotation list and steering business directly" to A-1, in an antitrust complaint in Houston Federal Court.

Defendant Kalinec Towing Co. is "otherwise known as A-1 Towing Service," and is referred to as A-1 throughout the complaint.
