Baylor Rape

WACO, Texas – An anonymous woman claims in a federal lawsuit that she was raped by a male student at Baylor University but the school tried to blame her for the assault and found that the sexual encounter was consensual.

Baylor has been hit with dozens of rape-related lawsuits over the past several years, with one complaint alleging 52 rapes at the school over a four-year period.
