A federal court in Massachusetts dismissed a passenger’s negligent infliction of emotional distress claim against Spirit Airlines. The passenger claimed that a flight attendant stopped her from using the lavatory by “yelling, cursing and blocking her passage.”

BOSTON – A federal court in Massachusetts dismissed a passenger’s negligent infliction of emotional distress claim against Spirit Airlines. The passenger claimed that a flight attendant stopped her from using the lavatory by “yelling, cursing and blocking her passage.”

The passenger’s complaint is time barred.
