The Seattle Mariners’ stadium, T-Mobile field, is not fully compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act, a federal court in Washington ruled. Seating dimensions, an elevator and bullpen and dugout access are not compliant, and further proceedings are required to determine whether there are enough accessible seats in the stadium.

SEATTLE – The Seattle Mariners’ stadium, T-Mobile field, is not fully compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act, a federal court in Washington ruled. Seating dimensions, an elevator and bullpen and dugout access are not compliant, and further proceedings are required to determine whether there are enough accessible seats in the stadium.
