SEATTLE (CN) - A Seattle bartender says she was fired for complaining about a former Mariners player who tried to kiss her while she was closing up the bar. Kaycie Baker claims she escaped the unnamed ex-athlete's advances and texted her manager for help, but her manager refused to kick him out or tell him to stop bothering her.
She claims that within a week of the incident, her bosses fired her, ostensibly "due to customer complaints."
Baker is suing bar owner Barolo for retaliation in Kings County Court.
