Bar Owner Went Wild, Biker Says

OLATHE, Kan. (CN) - A bar owner driving a truck grabbed a motorcyclist by his necklace and dragged him 70 feet until the cyclist slammed into a No Parking sign, the biker claims in Johnson County Court.

Robert Frike claims that Charles Tabor, owner of The Peanut West in Bonner Springs, threatened to kill him because Frike had performed a "burn out" in the bar's parking lot on biker night.

Frike demands punitive damages. He is represented by Lyle Odo of Platte City, Mo.
