SAN FRANCISCO – In an unpublished opinion, a Ninth Circuit panel ruled Monday that a federal judge properly barred any and all claims of contribution and indemnification as part of a sprawling securities fraud settlement, finding his bar orders did not run afoul of the Ninth Circuit’s rules.
