Baptist Pushes GI Funeral Protest

ST. LOUIS (CN) - A member of the Baptist church that claims God is punishing the United States by killing soldiers in Iraq because the United States does not sufficiently abhor homosexuality has sued the Washington County Sheriff and Potosi Police Department, claiming an unconstitutionally vague law about protests at funerals prevents her from her "religious duty" to protest at a GI's funeral in the county. The ACLU is representing her in Federal Court.
