Banning Chlorpyrifos

The full Ninth Circuit will reconsider its panel’s <a href="https://www.courthousenews.com/ninth-circuit-orders-epa-to-ban-harmful-pesticide/">order</a> requiring the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to ban chlorpyrifos, a pesticide known to have detrimental health effects in children, Chief Judge Sidney Thomas <a href="http://cdn.ca9.uscourts.gov/datastore/opinions/2019/02/06/17-71636.pdf"><strong>said</strong></a> Wednesday.

SAN FRANCISCO – The full Ninth Circuit will reconsider its panel’s order requiring the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to ban chlorpyrifos, a pesticide known to have detrimental health effects in children, Chief Judge Sidney Thomas said Wednesday.
