Enteron Group and affiliates filed for bankruptcy in Delaware, listing more than $1 billion in debts, $691 million of it to the Bank of New York. Affiliates include Webcraft, Vertis Mailing, Webcraft Chemicals, USA Direct, ACG Holdings, and American Color Graphics.

Western Nonwovens, Western Synthetic Fiber and affiliates filed for bankruptcy in Delaware, listing more than $50 million in debts.

CMT America Corp. filed for bankruptcy in Delaware, listing more than $10 million in debts.
