Ennstone Inc., a construction materials supplied, filed for bankruptcy in Richmond, Va., listing $137 million in assets and $159 million in debts. Ennstone's dbas include Keplinger Limestone, Fredericksburg Sand & Gravel, Ennstone Aggregates (North), Handyman Concrete, Ennstone Aggregates (South), Three Rivers Aggregates, Colonial Concrete, Deep Creek Redi-Mix, E&E Materials Handling, B&B Concrete, Atlantic States Materials of Pennsylvania, Roxbury Ready Mix, Bluestone Concrete, Colonial Mega Mix, and Valley Redi Mix.

Ultra Stores filed for bankruptcy in Manhattan, listing $64 million in assets and $84 million in debts.
