Congressional Hotel Corp. dba The Legacy Hotel & Meeting Centre fdba The Ramada Inn filed for bankruptcy in Greenbelt, Md., listing more than $10 million in debts.

RXUSA Wholesale filed for bankruptcy in Central Islip, N.Y., listing $8.4 million in assets and $11.2 million in debts.
