Bankruptcy

ProtoStar, a satellite phone company, filed for bankruptcy in Delaware, listing more than $100 million in debts.

Florida-based ION Media Networks and dozens of affiliates declared $2 billion in debts and $145 million in assets in Manhattan Bankruptcy Court. ION filed for bankruptcy in May; it filed its list of creditors last week.
