Bank Says Toni Braxton Defaulted on $900K Loan

LOS ANGELES (CN) - Toni Braxton defaulted on a $900,000 loan, City National Bank claims in Superior Court. The bank says the Grammy winner took the loan out in November 2007, and still owes $658,000.

City National also accuses the singer of defaulting on $44,870 in credit card debt.

Braxton's show at the Flamingo Las Vegas was canceled in June 2008.

The bank is represented by Diane Baxa.
